HPL Production Line
We have a whole HPL production line, including Impregnation line, HPL pressing line, Back Sander, edging cutting line, which can process decorative paper and kraft paper into HPL sheets.
– Impregnation Line: impregnate decorative paper and kraft paper with glue.
– HPL Pressing Line: Place decorative paper and kraft paper soaked with glue in a certain high temperature and high pressure to form HPL plate.
– Back Sander: After the hot pressed HPL has cooled, one side is polished so that the HPL board can be attached to the other base.
– Edging Cutting Line: Cut off the excess edges around the HPL to form a regular HPL product.

Factory Tour
When you are going to tour our factory, please make sure to read and follow our guidelines before you enter.
- All visitors must wear a hard hat given to you at the entrance of our factory to ensure safety.
- We recommend that you wear closed-toe-shoes and long pants. We do not permit sandals, skirts, and shorts.
- Females must tie their hair to prevent them from getting caught in the machines.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building facilities. We have provided smoking areas outside the factory.
- Stay alert for vehicles within the factory area and walk on the side of the road facing traffic.
- If you’d like to take photos during the tour, please ask permission from our staff.
- Do not cross the yellow safety lines or get close to any operational equipment.
- In an emergency, follow the instructions of on-site security staff and evacuate calmly. Running is discouraged to avoid panic.
